HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Reaction to Huntington City Council's unanimous vote to enhance the city's anti-discrimination policy has been largely positive.

On Monday night, council voted to change its policy so city workers can not be discriminated against based on their disabilities or sexual orientation.

Representatives with Fairness West Virginia says this is a public win, and that Huntington now joins several other West Virginia cities with similar policy updates.
