UPDATE: Employee at Huntington Pizza Carryout Robbed

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Police are still looking for the man who stole the bank deposit bag from an employee at a Huntington pizza carryout.

Police say the strong-arm robbery happened at the Little Caesars in the 2800 block of 5th Avenue right before 9:30 Wednesday morning.

According to the police report, the victim told officers she was leaving the business with the bank deposit bag when the suspect chased her on foot, then grabbed her by the hair and knocked her to the ground. While on the ground, the victim says the suspect hit her twice in the back of the head and then grabbed the money bag from her and fled on foot.

Police said the suspect is an older, heavy set man wearing a gray hoodie, with his face covered.

Police have not said if they are close to making an arrest in the case.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Police say an employee leaving a Huntington pizza carryout was robbed as she left the business to make a bank deposit.

The robbery happened at the Little Caesars in the 2800 block of 5th Avenue in Huntington right before 9:30 Wednesday morning.

Police say an older, heavy set man wearing a gray hoodie, with his face covered, grabbed the money bag from the woman as she was getting into her car.

Police say the man then fled on foot with an undetermined amount of money,

Investigators are now looked a surveillance video to get more information on the suspect.
