MEIGS COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) -- A man is facing several charges after the Meigs County Sheriff says he held a man at gunpoint and tried to shoot him.
Homer Grim, 46, was arrested and faces several charges including felonious assault, weapons while under disability, domestic violence and aggravating and menacing.
Sheriff Keith Woods says his office got a call on Tuesday night about 6:25 saying that Grim had put a gun to a man's head, then tried to shoot him in the leg. The man was able to get away.
This alleged incident happened on Bradbury Road.
Grim was taken into custody without incident.
Sheriff Wood says there were others in the home at the time of the incident and he was relieved no one was hurt.
