CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – Scattered thunderstorms moved through parts of the Tri-State on Tuesday night, delivering something of a one-two punch -- knocking out power again for some folks in our region.
While the storms were hit and miss, they left many people understandably upset after Friday's massive storm. It knocked out power to several thousand people throughout the Tri-State -- many of whom remain without electricity.
People who were back in the dark again included some along the Roane/Kanawha line. A tree fell across U.S. 119 in Roane County, and there were similar, although less serious issues, in parts of Huntington.
In Elkview, W.Va., several trees were knocked down.
The power was also knocked out at the Clendenin Fire Department.
