CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A Cross Lanes man has admitted to not registering as a sex offender.
Christopher Cadle, 28, pleaded guilty Monday in federal court.
The U.S. Attorney's Office says in 2004, Cadle was convicted in Kanawha County on a sexual abuse charge and was required to register as a sex offender.
In 2011, Cadle moved to North Carolina and registered as a sex offender, but later that year when he moved back to West Virginia, investigators say he did not register.
Cadle faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine when he is sentenced on December 6.
