Stabbing in Charleston Sends One to Hospital

Police say that two men were walking back from the 7-11 gas station and got into an argument.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- One man was taken into custody following a stabbing Thursday night.

It happened on Charleston's west side about 8:30 p.m. near Madison & Randolph Streets.

Police say that two men were walking back from the 7-11 gas station and got into an argument.

That's when one man stabbed the other in the hand.

He was taken to the hospital.

Charges are pending in this case.

No names have been released.
