NEW BOSTON, Ohio (WSAZ) -- A sewer project is starting soon in New Boston, Ohio, and will cause some traffic issues along US 52.
Village Administrator Stephen Hamilton says that starting Monday, the north lane of US 52 East will be closed at Clayport Avenue.
All traffic will travel in the south lane.
Clayport Avenue will be closed.
There will be no parking on either side of US 52 East in the no parking zones, which will be marked by signs.
This will be in place from April 21 through April 28.
Hamilton says this is a small part of a larger sewer project which will start in mid-May and impact traffic on US 52 for about six months.
During this time, there will also be lane closures, and no parking.
The project includes installing a new storm sewer line to meet federal and Ohio EPA regulations.
