MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) -- Morgantown Police say they have charged a third person following an investigation into a reported hazing incident at West Virginia University.

Police on Monday identified the suspect Monday as Christopher David Lazelle of Morgantown. Police did not provide an age or say whether he is a student at WVU.

Police said Lazelle surrendered to police on Friday. He was arraigned on a charge of hazing and released.

The arrest stems from an investigation into the physical assault of a 19-year-old male while participating in an initiation at the Phi Kappa Phi fraternity on Nov. 15, 2013.

The charges against the first two suspects include battery and hazing.
