UPDATE: Third Arrest in Wire Theft from Huntington Arena

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – Three people have now been arrested in connection with the theft of electrical wire from the Big Sandy Superstore Arena in Huntington.

Cody Dean Donald, 20, of Huntington, was booked in the Western Regional Jail Thursday. Donald is charged with one count of breaking and entering, and count of grand larceny. His charges are in connection with the break-in at the arena on June 11.

Huntington Police arrested Michael Maze, 26, of Huntington, and Joshua Lee Porter, 27, of Huntington, last month.

Maze is charged with two counts of breaking and entering, and two counts of grand larceny, according to his criminal complaint.

Porter is charged with two counts of breaking and entering in connection with the thefts.

On two separate occasions, May 31 and June 11, electrical wire, worth nearly $17,000, was stolen from the Big Sandy Superstore Arena in Huntington, according to police reports.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – A second person has been arrested in connection with the theft of electrical wire from the Big Sandy Superstore Arena in Huntington.

Huntington Police arrested Michael Maze, 26, of Huntington, on June 14. He is charged with 2 counts of breaking and entering, and two counts of grand larceny, according to the criminal complaint.

Joshua Lee Porter, 27, of Huntington, is already in jail and charged with two counts of breaking and entering in connection with the thefts.

Police are still looking for Cody Dean Donald, 20, of Huntington.

On two separate occasions, May 31 and June 11, electrical wire, worth nearly $17,000, was stolen from the Big Sandy Superstore Arena in Huntington, according to police reports.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Donald is asked to call the Huntington Police Department Criminal Investigations Bureau at 304-696-4420 or the Huntington Police Department tip line at 304-696-4444.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – A man recently was arrested in connection with stolen electrical wire from the Big Sandy Superstore Arena, and two other men are wanted, according to information from Huntington Police.

Joshua Lee Porter, 27, of Huntington, was charged with two counts of breaking and entering in connection with the theft.

The other men wanted by police are Cody Dean Donald, 20, of Huntington, and Michael Maze, 25, of the Huntington/Chesapeake, Ohio area.

On May 31 and again this past Tuesday, electrical wire worth nearly $17,000 was stolen from the Big Sandy Superstore Arena in Huntington.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Donald and Maze is asked to call the Huntington Police Department Criminal Investigations Bureau at 304-696-4420 or the Huntington Police Department tip line at 304-696-4444.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Thousands of dollars worth of electrical cables were reported stolen from the Big Sandy Superstore Arena during a break-in, Huntington Police say.

Officers say the break-in happened late last week.

Nearly $12,500 worth of electrical cables and connectors were taken.

No arrests have been made in connection with the case.
