Three Arrested on Drug Charges during Sting at Charleston Mall

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- An investigation into recent reports of cellphone thefts and drug activity at Charleston Town Center Mall has landed three people behind bars.

Charleston Police conducted the sting operation Thursday at the mall.

During the operation, police say Martez Armond Griffin, 21, of Charleston and Adam Joseph Breslin, 19, of Charleston, attempted to sell undercover officers marijuana. Griffin and Breslin were arrested and charged with Distribution of Marijuana.

Darrius Robbins, 19, of Charleston, was charged with Possession of Schedule II Narcotic and Obstructing an Officer, police say.

According to a news release, Adam David Hunter, 23, of Charleston, was also arrested on Charleston Municipal Court warrants.
