BOONE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Two men and a woman were arrested Monday on drug charges after they were accused of illegally receiving prescription pain pills through the mail, according to information from the Boone County Sheriff’s Office.
Jeffrey Scott Sharp, 35, Keith Allen Blevins, 44, and Tonya Blevins, 38, all of Wharton, W.Va., were charged with transporting controlled substances into the state, possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and conspiracy.
Bond for each suspect was set at $60,000 property or $6,000 cash.
Blevins was out on bond, awaiting to be indicted on other drug charges from early spring of 2013. Those charges were related to the distribution and sale of marijuana.
