Three People Arrested for Selling Oxycodone to Undercover Deputies

ASHLAND, Ky. (WSAZ) – Three people are behind bars in Boyd County after selling Oxycodone pills to undercover deputies.

The undercover buy happened in the 2000-block of 29th street in Ashland Saturday night. Boyd County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested George L. McGranahan, 52, Shirley R. Conley, 46, and Misty D. Cox, 34, all of Ashland, Ky. Deputies with the Boyd County Sheriff’s Department Drug Task Force said the three sold 15-milligram Oxycodone tablets to them.

McGranahan and Conley are facing charges of trafficking a controlled substance, while Cox is charged with complicity of trafficking a controlled substance for setting up the buy.

All three are in jail at the Boyd County Detention Center.
