Toddler Discovered Alone Behind School

WILLIAMSON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A toddler was found roaming around alone and now a couple is facing charges.
Williamson Police tell WSAZ.com they found a two-year-old on Poplar Street behind Williamson Middle School Saturday.
The child's mother, Holly Hammond, 26, and her boyfriend, Rafael Judkins, 37, was arrested and charged with child neglect with risk of injury.
