KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) – A routine traffic stop ends with a man busted on meth charges.
According to the criminal complaint, Norman Duff was pulled over on Route 60 in the St. Albans area Sunday.
Duff told deputies that he was nervous because he was on probation for a meth lab in Putnam County. DMV records showed Duff’s license was revoked for unpaid citations and previously driving on a suspended license.
Duff and his passenger later told the deputy there were needles and other possible contraband in car.
A search of the car found meth making materials according to the criminal complaint.
Duff was charged with operating a clandestine drug lab.
