5th Avenue and 31st Street Back Open after Crash

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- 5th Avenue and 31st Street are back open in Huntington after a crash that happened Wednesday afternoon.

The crash happened after 2 p.m.

A semi truck and box truck were involved in the crash.

Crews had to clean up a significant fuel spill from one of the trucks.

There were no injuries.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- One lane of 5th Avenue has reopened after a crash at the 31st Street intersection Wednesday afternoon.

The crash happened after 2 p.m.

A semi truck and box truck were involved in the crash.

Emergency crews are dealing with a significant fuel spill from one of the trucks.

There were no injuries.

Drivers are urged to find an alternate route until the crash is cleared.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – An accident involving a semi and box truck has closed a portion of 5th Avenue in Huntington.

The accident is at the intersection of 31st Street and 5th Avenue, which is also Route 60 East.

Emergency crews are dealing with a significant fuel spill from one of the trucks. There are no injuries.

Traffic is being rerouted in the area of the accident. Drivers are urged to find an alternate route until the crash is cleared.
