CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- One person has been seriously injured after a major crash along Corridor G in Charleston.
Police say a truck driver was turning left onto Interstate 64 from 119 when he failed to yield to oncoming traffic and slammed into a motorcycle.
The crash happened about 4:00 p.m. Saturday.
The driver of the motorcycle had to have their leg amputated.
The truck driver was not injured. Names are not being released at this time.
The road has not been closed but officials say to expect traffic to be delayed.
