PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (WSAZ) -- Two men have been arrested in connection with a series of vehicle break-ins in Scioto County.
Scioto County Sheriff Marty Donini says detectives were able to track stolen credit cards to the two suspects.
Arrested were: Joshua Pyles, 31, of New Boston, Ohio, and Dustin Fletcher, 23, of Sciotoville, Ohio. Pyles is charged with 10 counts of misdemeanor theft and 4 counts of felony theft. Fletcher is charged with 10 counts of misdemeanor theft and four counts of felony theft.
Domini says both men admitted to breaking into several vehicles in the Wheelersburg, Ashley Corner and Rosemount areas. They also admitted to breaking into multiple vehicles in New Boston and the Portsmouth areas.
Donini stated that his detectives have forwarded this information to those departments for charges.
Officers were able to recover stolen GPS units and cell phones.
