Two Arrested in Connection with Meth Bust in Apartment Building

BOYD COUNTY, Ky (WSAZ) -- Two people are behind bars after deputies found an active meth lab inside their apartment Saturday night.

Deputies arrested and charged Joshua Adkins and Angela Piles for making meth.

Deputies found two meth labs inside the apartment, one of them still active.

The couple was also charged with 13 counts of wanton endangerment for putting everyone else living in the building in danger.



BOYD COUNTY, Ky (WSAZ) -- Two people were taken away in handcuffs following a drug bust at an apartment complex.

Emergency workers on the scene tell WSAZ.com that a man and woman are being arrested and charged with making meth.

The bust happened Saturday night at an apartment complex on Dalton Avenue in Ashland.

Firefighters say there were two labs. One was active when they arrived on scene.

Firefighters say children live in the building, and it will likely be condemned because of the meth.

At least for Saturday night, tenants with no place to go are being placed in a hotel.
