LUCASVILLE, Ohio (WSAZ) -- Two people face felony drug possession charges after being arrested during a traffic stop.
The Ohio Highway Patrol says troopers stopped the car for speeding on U.S. 23 in Lucasville about 11 p.m. Monday.
Troopers say they smelled an odor of marijuana coming from inside the car and proceeded to search the car.
According to troopers, the driver, Kree Wilcoxson, 22, of Dayton, voluntarily turned over 33 grams of suspected heroin with an estimated street value of about $5,000.
Wilcoxson, along with her passenger, 30-year-old Danyel Dixon, of Dayton, were both arrested and charged with possession of heroin.
