CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A hearing is being held Monday to determine if a Mingo County bar will get back its liquor license.
Earlier this month, the West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Administration suspended the license of Yesterday's Bar in Williamson.
A spokesperson with the ABCA suspended the license for public safety reasons after the bar was the scene of a large fight and a stabbing. Police say 400 people were in the bar when the fight broke out.
The ABCA spent all morning talking about the case and we're told the meeting ended about 2 p.m. Monday. The bar owner attended the meeting.
ABCA Supervisor Gig Robinson tells WSAZ.com a decision isn't expected until April.

The ABCA suspended Yesterday’s license on Friday pending the completion of a investigation into the incident that happened January 29.
Gig Robinson, a spokesperson for the agency, says the suspension was for public safety reasons. Robinson says some 400 people were in the club the night of the stabbing.
Robinson say the incident started inside the club, and then spilled out onto the street with nearly 150 people involved.
Branden Teasley, who is a football player for the University of Pikeville, was stabbed. Another player suffered a concussion.
Last Wednesday Williamson Police arrested Byron Young and charged him with malicious wounding.
The ABCA plans to hold a hearing on the license suspension on February 16.

Young is accused of stabbing Branden Teasley who is a football player for the University of Pikeville.
The incident happened early Sunday morning at Yesterday's Night Club in Williamson.
Police say, at one point, 60 people were involved.
Teasley has been released from the hospital.

WSAZ.com is told that several arrests are pending.

The incident happened outside of Yesterday's Night Club in Williamson. Police say the fight involved about 60 people.
Police say it all started over a girl inside the bar and then made its way outside. That's where police say there was a brawl involving dozens of people.
“After we finally got the crowd under somewhat control, we found out there were actually two individuals that were injured,” Williamson Police Sergeant Grady Dotson said.
Police say they found University of Pikeville football player, Demetri Travis outside with a concussion, and teammate Branden Teasley inside with a severe stab wound.
“It was going on and on; police putting people in handcuffs and stuff, and it kept going on,” a neighbor said.
Several arrests are pending including the stabbing suspect and some of the people involved in the fight that police say didn't’t follow their orders.
Police say they have responded to several calls to the club in the past few weeks, but they're working to get this on-going problem off the streets.
Yesterday’s was not open Sunday and nobody with the club was available for comment.

WSAZ.com has learned University of Pikeville student Branden Teasley was dancing with a girl at Yesterday's Night Club in Williamson.
Witnesses told police the girl had a boyfriend, who later stabbed Teasley in the back and cut him all the way around his side.
No arrest has been made at this time, and the suspect's name hasn't yet been released.
Police say the situation escalated into a huge fight involving dozens of people outside of the bar. That's when another man, Demetri Travis, received a concussion. He was also taken to the hospital
The Mingo Ambulance Service says Branden Teasley was flown to St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington after he was stabbed.
Teasley, who's now listed in stable condition, suffered a deep cut from the middle of his back to his belly button.
Another man involved in a fight outside of the bar, Demetri Travis, was taken to Williamson Appalachian Region Hospital with a concussion.
There's still no word on any arrests. The incident is now under investigation by the Williamson Police Department and the Mingo County Sheriff's Department.
