Pharmacy Tech Arrested in Connection with Pill Thefts

BOYD COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) -- A Walmart pharmacy tech has been arrested and charged with stealing hundreds of prescription pills from her workplace.
Boyd County Deputies arrested Margaret Campbell, 40, of Catlettsburg, Ky., Saturday evening.
Deputies said Campbell was caught on surveillance video stealing Oxycodone pills and then putting them in her pocket at the Walmart on U.S. Route 60.
They said this happened on seven different occasions and a total of 810 pills were taken.
Campbell is charged with theft of a controlled substance.
She is in the Boyd County Detention Center.
