SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- West Virginia State Police say a man who escaped custody on Friday night has turned himself into police.
Troopers say Cornelio Ramon Rodriguez, 22, escaped from the South Charleston detachment on Friday night.
Rodriguez was arrested on charges of carrying a concealed deadly weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Troopers say Rodriguez gave troopers a fake name when he was arrested.
According to the South Central Regional Jail, Rodriguez has now also been charged with escape and possibly being in the United States illegally.
Deputies say Ruben Munoz Garcia, 22, was arrested for carrying a concealed deadly weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm.
While being processed at the WV State Police South Charleston Detachment the suspect escaped through a small restroom window.
They say it all happened at about midnight Friday.
Deputies say Gracia has a tattoo of the Bible on his right shoulder.
