Winter Weather Causes Power Outages

KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- The winter weather system that has arrived in our region has caused some power outages.

As of 6:40 a.m. Monday, nearly 2,000 customers in Kanawha County are without power according to Appalachian Power. Nearly 1,800 are without power in Putnam County, while more than 800 customers have no electricity in Lincoln County.
