KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Two infants in Kanawha County were found living in deplorable living conditions during a home inspection.
Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies went to a house on East Dupont Avenue in Belle to help the Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR) with the inspection when they found the children with their grandmother.
According to a news release, investigators also found several coffee filters with meth inside their home.
The children were taken into protective custody.
Deputies say warrants have been issued for the child's mother, Jodie Wisen, 23, of Belle, and William Booth, 31, of Cabin Creek, but deputies have not been able to find them.
According to a news release, they will be charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver.
