WAYNE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Two Kenova men have been arrested in connection with an attempted robbery at the Super Quick convenience mart in December along Route 75, according to a West Virginia State Police news release.
James C. Harvey, 20, and David B. Little Jr., 21, both of Kenova, were charged with attempted armed robbery and conspiracy. Little was arrested Tuesday, and Harvey was arrested late Monday night.
Both men were arraigned in Wayne County Magistrate Court.
The robbery attempt happened Dec. 12 at the convenience mart, which is located at the intersection of Route 75 and Walkers Branch Road.

The store is located at the intersection of Route 75 and Walkers Branch Road in Kenova.
WVSP says the man walked into the store around 9:30 p.m., with a shirt over his face and asked the cashier to open the register.
They say the cashier refused, the suspect asked again and the cashier again refused. The suspect finally walked out, with no money.
WVSP says the man was not alone, and that another man was waiting outside while the suspect walked inside and attempted to rob the convenience store. He was also caught on tape.
