NEW INFO: Man Shot in Huntington, Three Charged

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A shooting sent one man to the hospital and three people to jail.

Huntington Police tell WSAZ.com Larry Webb was shot about 11:15 p.m. Friday in the 1000 block of 17th Street.

He was taken to St. Mary's Medical Center but is expected to recover.

Police say Francisco Puello, 26, shot Webb in the torso during an argument and then took off.

He was caught and arrested on malicious wounding charges a couple of blocks away.

Investigators say Puello is a convicted felon now living in Huntington, but is originally from from New York.

Francisco's wife, Rodisha Puello, 20, was arrested and charged with accessory after the fact.

Another woman, Angela Grainger, was also arrested in connection with the shooting on fleeing charges. Police say she had outstanding warrants out of Kanawha County as well.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- One person has been arrested in connection with a shooting Friday night in Huntington.

Police tell our crew on the scene that a man was arrested a few blocks away.

There is no word on whether any charges have been filed at this time, nor what the motive may have been.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A person has been shot late Friday night in the 1000 block of 17th Street, Cabell County 911 dispatcher say.

It was reported about 11:15 p.m. Friday.

The extent of the person’s injuries was unknown.
