HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Four people were taken to the hospital after the three-car crash Wednesday night near the intersection of 5th Avenue and 31st Street in East Huntington, Huntington Police say.
The extent of those victims' injuries was unknown. One person had to be extricated from a car.
Police say a car rammed into the rear of another car -- causing that car to collide with the third car. The crash was reported about 9:10 p.m. Wednesday.
Thirty-first Street was closed for a little less than an hour. It has since reopened.

Rescue crews were in the process of extricating one victim trapped in a car. That person’s injuries are not considered life-threatening.
Information about other possible injuries was unavailable.
