UPDATE: I-64 Back Open after Rollover Accident

UPDATE 4/4/12 @ 1:10 p.m.
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Interstate 64 is back open in both directions after a rollover crash Wednesday morning.

The crash happened about 10:30 a.m. near the West 17th Street Exit in Huntington.

Witnesses told police and firefighters that a truck was stopped in the middle of the interstate when a car came up behind it and hit it.

Two people from the car and one from the truck were taken to a local hospital. No word on their injuries.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- One east bound and one west bound lane are now open after a rollover crash Wednesday morning on Interstate 64.

The crash happened about 10:30 near the West 17th Street Exit in Huntington.

A truck and car were involved.

Witnesses tell police and firefighters that the truck was stopped in the middle of the interstate and the car hit it. Both vehicles ended up in the median.

Two people in the car and one in the truck were transported to a local hospital. No word on their injuries.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A rollover accident has closed several lanes of I-64 near the West 17th Street Exit in Huntington.

The crash happened just east of the exit about 10:30 Wednesday morning and involves a pickup and car. Both vehicles ended up in the median.

Both westbound lanes are closed, along with one eastbound lane.

Three people were transported to a local hospital. No word on the severity of their injuries.
