HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man from Barboursville has been indicted on 38 counts of possessing material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
The indictment against 27-year-old Dustin Hill was unsealed by a Cabell County Grand Jury Wednesday.
Troopers arrested Hill in May.
Investigators say they were called to the Walmart in Barboursville concerning some photographs that had been developed and were believed to be minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
A search warrant was issued for Hill’s residence where electronic evidence was seized.
Hill was arrested without incident.
