HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A child was found inside a home that police say smelled like meth.

Huntington Police tell WSAZ.com they came back following a welfare check and raided the home on South High Street. Three people were arrested, according to a press release.

Eric Mount was arrested for conspiracy to operate a meth lab. Erin Mullins and John Cloninger were arrested for exposure of child to meth.

Police say there was not an active lab inside but there was evidence of prior cooks in the basement. Officers also found meth items in the house.

The three suspects will face charges including exposing a minor to meth. That child is now with child protective services.
