HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Two convicted felons are again behind bars after troopers say they found them and their two young children living in "deplorable conditions" -- surrounded by drugs.
West Virginia State Police say Dustin Ogden, 31, and Amanda Ogden, 31, of Huntington each face two counts of child neglect, one count of possession with intent to deliver and one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Troopers went to the couple's home in the 300 block of West 9th Street on Saturday at the request of probation officers.
Inside the home troopers say they found prescription pills, heroin, needles and a sawed-off shotgun. They also found bathtub full of feces.
Troopers say in the criminal complaint that Amanda Ogden was convicted of a felony in October 20018. Dustin Ogden was convicted of a felony in December 2013.
The Ogden's were taken to the Western Regional Jail They will be back in court on February 18.
