HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A Detroit man arrested in Huntington on drugs charges, but wanted back home on murder charges, has waived extradition.
Ronald Seabrooks, 23, waived extradition to Detroit during a hearing in Cabell County Circuit Court Monday.
Seabrooks was arrested in Huntington in April on drug charges.
The Michigan charges are from February and include two counts of murder, mutilation/disinterment of dead bodies and unlawful imprisonment and torture.
The drug charges from Huntington were dropped Monday as part of the extradition agreement.
He is currently in the Western Regional Jail.
