HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – A Detroit drug dealer has pleaded guilty to federal drug charges during a hearing in U.S. District Court in Huntington.

Ivory Hall, 32, of Detroit, sometimes known as “Chris Nelson", pleaded guilty Wednesday to possession with intent to distribute oxycodone and heroin.

Federal prosecutors say in September 2012, Huntington Police stopped a vehicle Hall was in. They say Hall threw out packages containing 163 oxycodone pills, heroin, and digital scales.

During a search of Hall’s residence, officers found ammunition and two guns belonging to Hall. Hall also had $18,312 in the apartment which was used in the drug sales.

Hall faces up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine when he is sentenced in December.
