Fire Damages Vacant House in Huntington

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Fire damaged a vacant house Monday evening in the 1400 block of 28th Street, Huntington firefighters say.

It happened about 6:45 p.m. Monday.

Firefighters say flames were shooting from the window of a back bedroom when they arrived at the scene.

They put out the fire in about 20 minutes.

No one was hurt.

There was no word what caused the fire.
