Fire at Vacant House Leaves Many Without Electricity

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Hundreds of folks were without electricity after an early morning fire.

The fire started about 2:18 a.m. Monday in the 1300 block of 10th Avenue.

The fire was actually spotted by Cabell County 911 with one of the city's cameras.

It was at a vacant house and while no one was injured, power lines did come down.

At one point, more than 2,700 A.E.P. customers were without electricity.

The cause of the fire hasn't been determined.
