Firefighters Battle Vacant House Fire in Huntington

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A vacant house fire late Monday night in the 1800 block of Hall Avenue brought out firefighters, as well as city police and state fire marshal’s investigators, Huntington firefighters say.

The fire was reported just after 10 p.m. Monday. The blaze started in the front of the house and was quickly brought under control.

State fire marshal’s investigators are working to determine what caused the fire.

No one was hurt.
