HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A former graduate teaching assistant at Marshall University has been indicted on 30 counts of possessing child porn.
West Virginia State Police arrested Jacob Wolfe, 28, of Huntington inside his classroom back in March.
A Cabell County grand jury indicted Wolfe last week. Prosecutors say the charges go back to July 31,2012.
Following his arrest, Marshall relieved Wolfe of his teaching duties.
The West Virginia Cyber Crimes Task Force, the West Virginia State Police and Huntington Police were all involved in this investigation.
