HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- The father of a convicted killer was put in jail after the murder trial concluded Thursday in Huntington.
According to Judge Alfred Ferguson's office, after Jesse Blevin's trial ended Thursday, Dwayne Blevins was asked to leave the courtroom for a field hearing that was private to the public.
At that time, Dwayne Blevins made a remark laced with cuss words.
Ferguson held him in contempt of court and gave him a 10-day stay in the Western Regional Jail.
