CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - West Virginia is getting $38 million to help poor people pay for heat this winter.
The money comes from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. It's part of the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, the government's chief source of aid for helping people pay winter power bills.
