HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man faces multiple charges after police say he fired a gun at three people.

W.Va. State Police were called to the 3100 block of 3rd Avenue concerning a shots fired and disturbance call.

According to the criminal complaint, the three men told troopers that Nicholas McComas fired one shot towards them.

McComas, 34, of Huntington told the troopers that he was “tired of the drug dealers and decided to take matters into his own hands.” Troopers also said that McComas was intoxicated when he made the statement

State Police say they found two guns during a search of his house. One they believed was used in the alleged shooting.

No one was hurt in the incident.

McComas was arrested and charged with wanton endangerment, brandishing, discharge of a firearm and obstructing an officer.
