Man Arrested for Calling in Threats to Sen. Rockefeller's Office

LOGAN COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A Logan County man is facing charges, accused of calling in threats to Senator Jay Rockefeller's Washington D.C. Office.

According to the incident report, West Virginia State Police say Alan Curtis Anderson, 55, of Holden, West Virginia, called the office and threatened to shoot 10 or 12 people.

Troopers searched his home and found notes related to the topic in his home.

Anderson was arrested and charged with retaliation against public officials and terroristic threats.
