BARBOURSVILLE, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A Huntington man is now facing charges after going on a shopping spree in Kroger.
Gary Cassidy, 46, of Huntington, is being charged with shoplifting third offense.
According to court documents, Cassidy walked into the Kroger in Barboursville on Wednesday. He grabbed a cart and loaded up two Kitchen Aid mixers, three Nerf guns, a tire inflator and AA batteries. Cassidy then walked out of the store.
The merchandise totaled $732.26.
Cassidy has two prior shoplifting convictions. He is facing one to 10 years in jail if he is found guilty.
Bail for Cassidy was set at $10,000.
