Man Arrested in Violent Robbery

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man was arrested Friday in connection with a violent robbery earlier this month that sent a woman to the hospital with serious injuries, Huntington Police say.
Larry Shepard was charged with first-degree robbery.
Detectives say Shepard robbed a woman and stabbed her at a home in the 2900 block of 9th Avenue.
Shepard was taken to the Western Regional Jail; his bond was set at $50,000.
