CABELL COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- The eastbound lane of Interstate 64 reopened Wednesday night after being temporarily closed near the Huntington Mall exit because of diesel fuel spilled from a tractor-trailer's tank, Cabell County 911 dispatchers say.
No one was hurt in the incident.
The one lane was closed for about two hours as Department of Highways crews cleaned up the spill.
The fuel leak was reported about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
No one was hurt, but the Department of Highways was notified because of the amount of diesel spilled. The spill lasted about three-quarters of a mile.
The closure of the eastbound slow lane should continue for about another hour. It is located near Exit 20B (East Mall Road).
