CABELL COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man is in the hospital after he drove drunk and crashed his ATV.
West Virginia State Police tell WSAZ.com Jeremy Toth was traveling down Tyler Creek about 8 p.m. Saturday.
Troopers say Toth ran off the roadway, flipped over the handle bars and landed in a creek.
Toth wasn't wearing a helmet and did suffer head injuries, according to troopers. He's expected to be okay but did have to get rushed to the hospital.
Toth is facing several charges including DUI.
