HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Huntington Police say they arrested a man who hid out in a drug store until the store closed for the night, so he could steal cigarettes.

Bryan Staley, 36, of Huntington, is charged with entry into a dwelling and receiving stolen property.

The incident happened at CVS in the 400-block of Washington Avenue after all the employees had gone for the night back on September 4.

Police say Staley stole 13 cartons of cigarettes from behind the front counter.

He was caught with all 13 cartons while he was trying to run from the area.

Staley is in the Western Regional Jail.
