Police: Synthetic Drugs Shipment Intercepted by Fed Ex Employees

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A shipment of of what police say are synthetic drugs has been intercepted by Fed Ex employees at Tri-State Airport.

According to a report by Huntington Police, the discovery was made on April 5.

The report says the shipment contained seven cases of Kaotic, a synthetic potpourri, and another box containing three other synthetic drugs—Head Trip, XXX and White Rabbit. The boxes were addressed to a business in Greenup County, Kentucky.

The intercepted synthetic drugs were placed into evidence at the Huntington Police Department.

The Greenup County Sheriff's Office was notified about the shipment’s destination.

No charges have been filed at this time.
