Semis, Other Trucks Urged to Avoid Route 60 near Barboursville

CABELL COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A single-vehicle crash on Route 60 near Barboursville will cause problems for some drivers.

Cabell 911 says a vehicle hit a utility pole Monday afternoon. The crash happened in the 5600-block of Route 60, near Ridgelawn Cemetery.

Dispatchers say utility lines are now hanging low across the highway. Drivers of high profile vehicles, such as semis are being asked to avoid the area until the lines can be fixed.
