NEW INFO: Name Released of Huntington Stabbing Suspect

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- We now know the name of the man arrested in connection with a stabbing Monday night.

Issac Mick, 21, of Huntington, was taken into custody at a house in the 1700-block of Charleston Avenue in Huntington.

According to the police report, Mick stabbed a 16-year-old and a 42-year-old man. The stabbings happened at the same location Mick was arrested.

Both of the victims were taken to Cabell Huntington Hospital with non life threatening injuries.

Mick is facing two charges of malicious wounding.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A 16-year-old boy and a 42-year-old man were stabbed Monday evening during a domestic situation involving the man’s daughter’s boyfriend, Huntington Police say.

The stabbings happened about 9:20 p.m. Monday in the 1700-block of Charleston Avenue.

Although both victims were taken to Cabell Huntington Hospital, their injuries are described as non-life threatening.

The suspect was taken into custody. There was no word on his name or what charges he may face.
