Two Men Wanted in Convenience Store Break-in; Caught on Surveillance

CABELL COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Two men caught on surveillance video breaking into a convenience store and attempting to get inside an ATM machine are wanted by Cabell County Sheriff's deputies.

The incident happened about 4 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27, at Smoketime Sams along the 4200 block of Hughes Branch Road.

Deputies responded after an alarm went off. They noticed a rear door had been kicked in and damaged. Deputies also noticed the ATM machine had been damaged in an attempt to pry it open.

Deputies found three screwdrivers at the business and collected them as evidence.

Cigarettes and some other items were taken in the break-in.

Anyone with any information about the men is asked to call the Cabell County Sheriff's Department or one's local 911 agency.
